Our team’s history
Hey everyone, this is Joshua Meeks! Founder & managing broker of the PNW Team.
Back in 2013, I started my career in real estate with a goal in mind to bring value to my clients and joy to my community. Though not a Washington native, I sought after improving the lives of my neighbors through excellent service for both home sellers and buyers alike.
I may have started out solo but I wouldn't be where I am at today without the support of mentors, advisors, and friends. A lot has changed since then.
We quickly became recognized as one of the top-producing teams in the greater Puyallup area with over $100,000,000 in sales in 2021. It's not all about the money though. Through different local events and established traditions, we have continued to serve and give back to our community.
Over the years, we went from a one-man show to having a full team. An additional goal of mine is to help those looking to grow in the real estate field by providing them with a secure knowledge base with a support team to back them.
At first, we were doing only what everyone else was doing and what was expected in our service through negotiating sales and showing homes. Now we have introduced several in-house services including photography, virtual tours, drone imagery, field services, and after-closing follow-ups to serve our clients’ needs. We do this so that our clients feel guaranteed that we’re offering them the best value when hiring one of our agents.
Today, we have served over 800 clients in the Puget Sound area and have reached the Top 1% in sales volume in the state of Washington. We're excited to say that we're still growing, and we’ll continue to commit ourselves to serve our clients and our community the best way that we can!
